March 19, 2009 Update

Here it is March 19 and St Patrick’s Day has come and gone. Did I have a good time on Tuesday–sure did!!! My band, The Foggy Dew played a wild time and I sure did enjoy a Guiness or two. The corned beef and cabbage was excellent and a good time was had by all.
How does all this fit in with my “weight loss journey”? You can change your habits and still have a great time. Don’t be playing the mind games that end up hurting yourself later on. This isn’t a starvation diet. Using TaiSlim by Freelife and following the program they have in place makes this a relatively easy journey.
So let me tie all this in together….here it is March 19, 2009 and it has been almost 9 weeks since I started out at 280 pounds. This morning I weighed in at 227 pounds!!!!! My weight loss journey

The Weight is Over

This will be my personal log of my weight loss journey. I am excited to get started with this triple patent pending proprietary formula introduced by FreeLife International. I will keep a daily log the first week then periodic postings after.

Day 1, January 16, 2009 Friday.
I received my product yesterday and was anxious to get started. Today is the first day and this ought to be a breeze. The meal plan is easy to follow (you can check it out at www.drinkthislosepounds.com ).I weighed in at a whopping 280 pounds. I drank my 2 ounces of TaiSlim as well as a glass of water before having my oatmeal with blueberries added. Stay tuned……………………………

The rest of the day went well…a mid morning snack of an apple and a glass of water then lunch with 2 ounces of TaiSlim, a glass of water and Haddock (albeit fried haddock-not the best choice), Green Beans and a salad. Then at supper time (around 6 pm) the menu was broiled scallops, carrots, and a salad along with a glass of water and 2 more ounces of TaiSlim.

The first few days I will be taking 3 servings of TaiSlim to kick off the program (as recommended by the TaiSlim program)

Day 2, January 17, 2009 Saturday.
Got a good start….weighed in at 275 pounds. I am having the same breakfast as yesterday and also a cup of black coffee with only a little Splenda for sweetener.

Lunch was a Hamburger with no bread along with lettuce, tomato, onion and green beans. 2 ounces of TaiSlim with a glass of water.

Supper was the left over scallops from day 1 along with steamed veggies and again TaiSlim. I felt full and later on I had a glass of unsweetened greentea drink mix while working on the computer.

Day 3, January 18, 2009 Sunday.
Woke up late today (about 10am) guess I needed some extra shut eye, so today will be a little out of routine. Got on the scale and weighed in at 270 pounds!!!! I have plenty of energy and started my day as usual with a glass of water, 2 ounces of TaiSlim, a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and a cup of black coffee with Splenda.

We have about 7 inches of snow outside so I am going to go get some exercise and start clearing off the driveway. Will drink a couple of ounces of GoChi first.

Because of sleeping in my day was thrown off routine. Did not have lunch since I had breakfast so late but I did have an afternoon snack of an apple and water. Supper time (around 6pm) was a hamburger cooked on the George Forman Grill with no bread, steamed green beans with almonds, TaiSlim of course and a salad. Later in the evening I had a pear for a snack.

Day 4, January 19, 2009 Monday,
Weighed in at 266 pounds—outstanding. Started off with my usual breakfast as before. Have packed up some fruit and water and TaiSlim for snacks and lunch.

Ate as days before during the day—having mid morning and afternoon snacks of fruit and water. Supper was chicken, veggies and salad

Day5, January 20, 2009 Tuesday,
Weighed in the same as yesterday; 266 pounds. Will have a couple eggs for breakfast to break things up. The rest of the day, Lunch and Supper, will be sensible meals.

Not disappointed but will start adding a little more exercise today….set up the Gazelle…….

Day 6, January 21, 2009 Wednesday,
Weighed in at 265 pounds. That is 15 pounds so far…………Stay tuned

Day7, January 22, 2009 Thursday,
Weighed in at 265 pounds. Staying to the TaiSlim plan by starting off the day with oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast as well as a glass of water and 2 ounces of TaiSlim

Day8, January 23, 2009 Friday,

Day17, Sunday February 1, 2008 Sunday,
Weighed in at 254 pounds!! It has been 17 days since I started. My energy levels remain high and my appetite stays low. I will admit I have been taking the TaiSlim with all three meals during the day, but only because I have a large weight loss goal. This product is scientifically designed to work just the way they say.

The plan is a sensible one and I will admit that I have not stuck to it to the letter, but it does make you think of healthier choices and the product does curb your appetite. I mean those fried scallops the other night were very tasty……..

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started the weight loss program from drinkthislosepounds.com I weighed in this morning at 251 pounds…that’s 29 pounds lighter than when I started.

It has now been 24 days since beginning this journey (again). I mean, how many times have I started a weight loss plan. Well here it is–Friday the 13th– one month since I began and I am happy to report that my weigh in this morning was 246 pounds! That is a whopping 34 pounds lighter. This is an amazing program and to top it off I am getting paid to lose the weight just click here to find out how for yourself.

It seems like I just started. Not that it has been a month so far. Unlike other weight loss programs that seem to take forever or drag on–why? I gave you an update in my “Real One Month Update” section as well as a before pic. Well here it is the 20th of February and alsmost 4 weeks into the program and yes more weight loss. I am now down 38 pounds and just about there. will be posting a “so far after pic” soon……………………..stay tuned

This is amazing!!! Everyone that gets on this program loses weight. I have to report that as of this morning I have lost 44 pounds so far—headed to 60 pound loss. Have I loss weight every day? no Have I gone backwards a few times? yes
I mentioned before that I have not followed the TaiSlim program to the “letter of the law” and thus a few times I have gained back a couple pounds but getting back on track got rid of those “returns” and then some.
